Whether you're brand new to the dance floor or looking to take your skills to the next level, our studio offers a fun, supportive space to grow and connect.
Our Journey
Alianza was born from love—both for dance and for people. Founders Eddie and Amanda started the company after falling in love with salsa and realizing the impact it had on their lives. What started as informal dance nights among friends in Sacramento quickly evolved into packed classes, local performances, and a thriving salsa family.
We've been teaching salsa in Sacramento for over a decade, helping hundreds of students find confidence, rhythm, and joy on the dance floor. From social salsa nights to professional choreography, we've seen firsthand how salsa transforms people—physically, emotionally, and socially.
Who We Are
Eddie brings deep musical knowledge and cultural authenticity to every class, with roots in traditional rhythms from his home country of Peru. His teaching is grounded in musicality, history, and connection to the essence of Latin dance. Amanda is the powerhouse of style and precision—known for her signature flair, sharp technique, and mastery of salsa footwork. Together, they create the perfect balance of rhythm and expression in every lesson.
Together, they’ve created a welcoming and empowering environment where everyone feels at home—no matter their age, experience, or fitness level.
